Puzzle PowerPoint Templates Makes Presentations Visually Appealing

A jigsaw puzzle looks like an attractive component in the appearance of a PowerPoint and is a compelling tool. If the individual preparing the presentation can piece together the parts of the project, organization or the product in the power point, it can make a critical point to the target audience. While you can put together and animate shapes, PowerPoint makes it quite easy to download a puzzle PowerPoint template and which uses the jigsaw metaphor. IN this way, you can use the concept of a jigsaw and assemble it easily in your presentation. PowerPoint makes available a number of shapes and clip art. However, these puzzle pieces can be created by using programs like Illustrator or Photoshop, both of which are available in any high-end laptop configuration. These puzzle pieces can enhance the visual appeal and outcome of the puzzle through animation or by inserting a photo.

Here is the method of creating a puzzle PowerPoint template:

  • Start a new PowerPoint presentation and move to an empty slide.
  • Select "Picture" under "Insert" in the top part of the fare bar and select "Auto shapes" to open a tool bar.
  • Move your cursor and click the icon for "More Auto shape" and scroll down from beginning to end looking at all the options available until you see a four-part jigsaw puzzle.
  • Select the jigsaw mystery to place it on the slide.
  • If required, click on the enigma on the gallery again to add more enigma pieces to the slide.
  • Click on the puzzle picture and hold down the mouse button to move the riddle on the slide and join the pieces.- Each mystery image should then be right clicked to select "Ungroup" under the "Grouping" option to separate the pieces so that the picture can be moved.
  • Right-click on each enigma piece and select "Format Auto shape."
  • Move to the tab showing "Colors and Lines". YOU can then change the Fill Color and Line Color by selecting a color from the drop down menu and palette in those sections. After selecting the color and line that you want, click on `Fill effects’ and "OK" key to save the settings. Click the "Select Picture" button to select a photo and click the "Open" button. Click the "OK" button twice to save these settings.
  • Repeat the previous 2 steps for each puzzle piece and 3 previous steps for extra puzzle pictures, as desired.
  • Some tips and warnings:
  • Cover the slide with the puzzle pieces that have been joined and by filling several copies of the jigsaw puzzle picture on the slide. Ungroup the pieces and delete all unwanted pieces.
  • You can also consider animating each piece to fly out or to dissolve by accessing the "Custom Animation" function under "Slide Show" in the top menu bar.
